Toi-et Moi ridged Morganite and Chrysoberyl Love Ring

An Art Deco- inspired Toi et Moi one of a kind ring ,featuring two stones, side by side on a hand-ridged band so the texture catches light differently along its length and no two bands come out identical. The toi et moi- "you and me" has been given as a love token since Napoleon proposed with one in 1796.

Made once in these two stones, at this size, the striking oval-cut, color changing chrysoberyl and a soft cushion-cut peach morganite. Framed by smooth cream enamel bezels are offset by hand-craved ridging along the shank, this handade piece balance architectural geometry with unexpected color. Each combination is different from the last.
